Video footage and photographs circulated on social media platforms, depicting the alarming moment. “A Boeing 737-800 lost a wheel while taking off from Johannesburg Airport (South Africa),” Aviation24 reported. Ground personnel swiftly identified the damage, prompting the pilots to initiate an emergency landing. Miraculously, no injuries were reported among the passengers.
